This Sunday we’ll continue our study through Romans with “All Humanity Found Guilty” from Romans 3:1–20. In this passage, Paul dismantles the false confidence people place in religion, morality, and outward obedience. While the Jews believed their religious identity gave them an advantage before God, Paul makes it clear that both Jews and Gentiles alike stand guilty of sin. No amount of good works or religious effort can make us righteous before a holy God. Yet in the middle of humanity’s unfaithfulness, God’s faithfulness shines even brighter. Romans 3 reminds us that the gospel is not about earning acceptance through performance, but receiving grace through Christ. Though we are far worse than we realize, we are also far more loved than we know. Join us as we see why every person desperately needs the gospel and why the good news of Jesus is our only hope.
