Student Ministry

At NorthWoods Church, we believe that our role as a church is to support parents in their primary role of discipling their teenagers. Therefore, we offer various programs and activities that give our parents the tools to help their students grow in their faith. Below you can see a list of regular family ministry programs that our church offers. We look forward to serving your family and seeing your family grow in your faith!

FIGHT CLUB – WEDNESDAYS @ 6:30PM

Fight Club is NorthWoods’ weekly student ministry program for students (6th – 12th grade). Our goal for this ministry is to “fight the good fight of the faith” (1 Timothy 6:12), and to disciple teens into lifelong followers of Jesus Christ. A typical evening of Fight Club includes games, worship music, large group lesson and small group discipleship. Fight Club meets in our NorthWoods Student Center on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00pm.

To register your child for our Fight Club program, please go to our event page HERE.

SUNDAY SCHOOL – SUNDAYS @ 9:00AM

In our Sunday School program, our teenagers will connect to the truths of the Bible. Teens will be placed into different classrooms with age-appropriate teaching and experiences. Through this program, your teens will be able to apply the Bible to real life through Bible stories that guide them in decisions and teach them how to honor God throughout their day-to-day lives.
